Project Management
Installation is undertaken by our team of security cleared engineers. Our software solutions are certified prior to end user handover.
Quality Assurance
All our software systems are tested before they are released for installation. This is all undertaken on-site in our dedicated QA facility.
Training
BASS demonstration and training facility operates as a modern day control room providing full integration to a wide range of building, fire and security control equipment. Training is adapted for Sales, Management, Operators and Engineers and in each case is geared towards ease of learning and driving performance.
Support
We recommend that all our installed software systems are covered with the appropriate support agreement. We offer three different levels of support service, but in each case you have the piece of mind that our specialist technical team is on hand to support you.
